The recent completion of a 30,000 square foot renovation on Apollo Rd in Plymouth Meeting was a particularly special one for LK Miller Owner Jason Scholl. “Back in 2004, LK Miller was hired to build this 30,000 square foot building. I had just started my career with the company, and I spent hours on the job site, assisting the superintendent and literally sweeping up the floors. To be hired back here almost twenty years later to renovate the space, now as the owner of the company, is a real honor.”

The signature project, which spanned the majority of 2023, began with demolition of the entire 30,000 square feet. LK Miller Superintendent James Jordan expertly led the on-site construction of a 15,000 square foot fit out, which also included sizable exterior renovations, including repaving a parking lot, landscaping, and roofing. Approximately half of the building was renovated to serve the needs of one of the region’s premier financial planning firms.

The remaining space is currently available for lease through Frank Tornetta, Vice President and Associate Broker of Tornetta Realty.
